SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING:
Most orders are shipped within 2-4 business days from our distribution center in Federalsburg, Maryland. Standard ground delivery - please allow 1-8 business days in transit from the ship date, depending on ship to location. Saturday and Sunday are not recognized as business days.
Upon completion of your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase.
RETURNS:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the packing slip, receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Shop@T2T.org or call us toll free at 833-T2T-SHOP (833-828-7467). If your return is accepted, simply return the packing list included with your package along with any item from your order in original condition (with tags) for a full refund. Product may be returned by the method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend insuring the package and using a service that can provide tracking information to ensure successful delivery. We are not responsible for lost returns.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
We do not process exchanges. If you ordered or received the wrong item, please contact us to start a return and then feel free to order the correct item.
REFUNDS:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your credit card company to process and post the refund too.
